Effective Date: 7/16/2025

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to subscriptions and payments for the Services provided by Moonlit Metals Private Limited on www.sportsedges.com. It complies with consumer protection laws in India (Consumer Protection Act, 2019), the US (FTC and state laws), UK (Consumer Rights Act 2015), Australia (Australian Consumer Law), and Canada (PIPEDA and provincial laws).

1. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime via Account settings.
  • Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing cycle, with access retained until then.
  • No pro-rata refunds for partial periods, except where required by law (e.g., proportionate refunds under UK/Australian law for unused services).
  • Free trials can be canceled without charge.

For distance contracts, you may have statutory cooling-off periods:

  • UK/EU: 14 days to cancel and receive full refund (waived if you start using digital content with consent).
  • Australia/Canada (select provinces): Similar cooling-off rights for certain sales.
  • US/India: No federal/national cooling-off for digital services, but we honor requests where applicable.

2. Refunds

  • Subscriptions are generally non-refundable unless due to our fault (e.g., service not provided as described, technical issues attributable to us).
  • Refunds for faulty services: Provided as remedy under consumer laws (e.g., repair, replacement, or refund under Australian ACL or UK CRA).
  • No refunds for change of mind, misuse, or violation of Terms, unless mandated by law.
  • Approved refunds processed within 14 days (or statutory period, e.g., 14 days under UK law) to original method.
  • We will not refuse refunds where you have statutory rights (e.g., if service is not of satisfactory quality under UK/Australian law).

3. Process

Email help@sportsedges.com with order details, reason, and proof if needed. We aim to respond within 7 business days and resolve per legal requirements.

4. Disputes
