These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.sportsedges.com (the "Website") and the AI-powered sports betting assistance services (the "Services") provided by Moonlit Metals Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of India with its registered office at F9, Orion Towers, GS Road, Guwahati, 781005, Assam, India.

By accessing or using the Website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Website or Services. These Terms are designed to comply with applicable laws in India (including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Information Technology Act, 2000), the United States (including state consumer protection laws), the United Kingdom (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015), Australia (including the Australian Consumer Law), and Canada (including provincial consumer protection laws such as PIPEDA and provincial equivalents). Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under these laws.

    • Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees.
    • All fees are non-refundable except as provided in the Cancellation & Refund Policy or where required by applicable law (e.g., cooling-off periods in the UK, EU, Australia, or Canada).
    • We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
  5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

    Please refer to our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy, incorporated herein by reference, for details on cancellations and refunds. This policy complies with consumer protection laws in India, the US, UK, Australia, and Canada, including provisions for statutory cooling-off periods where applicable.

  6. Intellectual Property

    All content, software, AI models, data, and materials on the Website and Services (collectively, "Content") are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws, including the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, US Copyright Act, UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, Australian Copyright Act 1968, and Canadian Copyright Act.

    You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Content without our written consent.

  7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

    The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any insights or suggestions provided. Betting involves risk, and you are solely responsible for any losses incurred.     To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (e.g., excluding liability for negligence causing death or injury under UK/Australian law or for fraud), we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility thereof.     Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases, but provisions that by nature survive (e.g., disclaimers, indemnification) remain in effect.

  10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles. For users in other jurisdictions, these Terms do not affect your mandatory rights under local laws (e.g., UK Consumer Rights Act or Australian Consumer Law).

    Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, or, at your option if you are a consumer in the UK, EU, Australia, or Canada, through local courts or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms provided by law. The arbitration venue shall be Guwahati, Assam, India, unless prohibited by your local consumer laws.

    For international users, we may also agree to arbitration under international rules (e.g., ICC or UNCITRAL) if mutually beneficial.

  11. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or on the Website, with at least 30 days' notice where required by law (e.g., under CCPA or GDPR equivalents). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
